JUDE (with Strong’s Numbers)
Jude’s Letter, James’ Brother
Jude: Jude, a servant of Yeshua the Messiah, and the brother of James, to those who are called and are loved by Yehovah the Father, to those preserved by Yeshua the Messiah; 2 May mercy and peace with love increase in you. 3 Beloved, while I take great pains to write to you of our common salvation, I need to write to you, urging you to earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered to the Saints. 4 For some have obtained entrance into the Assembly stealthily, who from the beginning were prophesied* to be condemned; wicked men, replacing* [3346] the *merciful kindness* of Yehovah with *unbridled lust* [766], denying the One who is the only *Sovereign Master* [1203] Yehovah, and our Master* [2962], Yeshua the Messiah. 5 I want to remind you, tho you all know it, that Yehovah, after first rescuing the people from Egypt, later destroyed those who didnt believe. 6 The holy Messengers who didnt keep their *original status* [746], but left their *dwelling place*, He has reserved in the perpetual* bond* of darkness, for the great Judgment Day. 7 As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the surrounding cities, that in a similar manner *were given over to illicit sex* [4203], having pursued *various kinds* [2087] of carnality*, *lie before us* [4295] as *an example* [1164, present tense] of undergoing* [5254] the *execution of a sentence* [1349] of everlasting fire. 8 In the same manner, these sensual dreamers contaminate their very flesh and despise government, and blaspheme* dignity. 9 But Michael the *chief Messenger* [743], while contending* with the Devil about the body of Moses, didnt venture to bring against him a blasphemous* judgment*; but said, “Yehovah will rebuke you”. 10 But these men blaspheme* things that they dont even understand; but in their natural thoughts they are as unreasonable as animals*, in these things they are a desecration. [5351] 11 Too bad for them; they have followed in the way of Cain; and, as Balaam did, they have lusted for money* [3408]; and will be destroyed, just as those in the rebellion of Korah. 12 These are the ones who wreck [4694] your *celebration of the Master’s Supper* [26] feasting [4910] without fear; clouds without rain, moved around by the winds; trees whose fruit has failed, they are without fruit, deserving the second death, and being ripped out by the roots. 13 They are raging waves of the sea; their shame being cast out like foam, wandering asteroids* [792, aster], being reserved for the black clouds of darkness forever. 14 Enoch, who was the seventh from Adam, also prophesied of them, when he said, “Look, Yehovah comes, with millions* [3461] of His Saints; 15 to execute judgment on all the wicked; and to convict them of all the wicked deeds they have committed; and because of all the offensive* things that these wicked sinners have said”. 16 They are malcontents who complain about everything, following their lusts. They give *extravagant speeches* [5246]; *appearing as *marvelous wonders*, for the sake of money. 17 Beloved, do you remember the things that were said by the heralds* of our Master Yeshua the Messiah; 18 because they told you, that in the end times there would be scoffers, pursuing wickedness, according to their lusts. 19 These are “self sanctified” [592], pleasure seekers, without the Spirit. 20 But beloved, *finish building* [2026] for yourselves [1438] your holy faith, thru the Holy Spirit, while you pray. 21 Let’s keep ourselves in the love of Yehovah, while we wait for the mercy of our Master Yeshua the Messiah for our eternal life. 22 Save some of them from the fire—[1], 23 and when they have a *change of mind*, have compassion on them, with fear, hating even the tunic that is contaminated by the flesh. 24 To the One who is able to keep you from falling, and to present you without a blemish, before the presence of His majesty, with joy, 25 to the only God, our Deliverer, by means of Yeshua the Messiah our Master, be splendor, and dominion, and honor, and majesty, both now and forever. Amen.
