Israel’s 7 Apocalyptic Days
THE EIGHTH DAY
Chapter 1, Part 6 Preview: While Passover and Pentecost have had previous fulfillments, the purpose of these six installments is to illustate that all seven annual Sabbaths will have yet anoher fulfillment in the Jubilee Year!
Just as the story of the first Passover is intricately woven into the destruction of Egypt (Exodus chapters 2 thru chapter 13 in particular), and the Feast of Tabernacles is interwoven into “Armageddon” (Zechariah 14)—the destruction of the 10 nearby Psalm 23 nations! So too is the account of the destruction of Gog and Magog interwoven into the fabric of the Eighth Day found in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39!
The latter day fulfillment of the seven commemorative Feast and Festival days will all take place within the Jubilee Year that I suspect cannot be later than 2032-2033—with the fireworks starting on Biblical New Year’s Day, March 31, 2025!
To summarize the previous 5 installments, I will suffice it to allow Hosea to explain why “The Time OF Jacob’s Trouble has to occur”— explained from a source that I align with more often than any others. And for further study: The Time AFTER Jacob’s Trouble, from my favorite site.
The Eighth Day is not one of the three annual pilgrimage Feasts! Yet it is “a solemn assembly”. The Scriptures never lump the Eighth Day in with the Feast of Tabernacles; it is a separate Festival, yet the term Eighth Day would logically follow the seventh day with no gap in time separating it from the time pictured by the Feast of Tabernacles—no one thousand year long postponement! The events of the Eighth Day change the world forever as I hope to show.
Numbers 29:35-40 ‘On the eighth day you must have a 'special' assembly, you must never do any ordinary work. 36 You must present a burnt offering, an offering by fire, as a pleasing aroma to Yehovah, one bull, one ram and seven year old male lambs without defects, 37 each with their grain offerings and their drink offerings for the bull, for the ram, and for the lambs by the specified number, according to the regulation. 38 And include one male goat as a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its grain offering and its drink offerings.
39 ‘You will offer these to Yehovah at your appointed Feasts in addition to your vowed offerings, your voluntary offerings, for your zebakim [sacrifices], for your grain offerings, for your drink offerings and for your fellowship zebakim.” 40 Moses told the Israelites in detail everything that Yehovah had commanded him.—The Gabriel Bible
Very early in the morning following the Seventh Day of the Feast of Tabernacles, Yeshua was again in the Temple teaching. This would have been the Eighth Day. On this particular day Yeshua gave a dramatic illustration of forgiveness—forgiveness of a deadly sin! This is another perfect example of His turning sour lemons into lemonade as His enemies were trying to entrap Him. We just read about two separate resurrections from the dead and the restoration of Israel. Now we’ll deal with the rest of “the world”, “anyone” still alive. It was on the eighth day when Yeshua said that He was “the light of the WORLD”. Here is part of the account:
John 8:1-6 Yeshua [Jesus] went to the Mount of Olives. 2 In the morning He returned to the Temple and virtually everyone came to Him, and He sat down and taught them. 3 The Torah teachers and Pharisees brought a woman to Him who was caught committing adultery [1]. They made her stand in 'among them'. 4 They told Him, “Sovereign, this woman was caught in the very act of adultery. 5 In the Torah of Moses, Yehovah has commanded us to stone such people, but what do You say?” 6 They asked this to 'entrap' Him, in order to have legal grounds to accuse Him. But Yeshua stooped down, and began writing [2] on the ground with His finger.
[1] The 53rd verse of John 7, as well as the whole story of the adulteress in John 8:1-11, was accidentally omitted in the Peshitta Testimony of Yeshua (and hence, in the Sinaiticus and the Vaticanus). It is found in eight Aramaic (Syriac) mss, and in numerous references by the “church fathers” in reference to the book of John. This is one exact page since manuscript pages were all laid out with the same line & word counts. [2] Names were likely being written on the ground..”.. Those who depart from Me will be written on the ground...” Jeremiah 17:13.
After pointing out the accusers hypocrisy, likely naming names by writing them in the dirt, the wicked ones left. Yeshua continued:
John 8:9-12 When they heard about it they passed by, one by one, beginning with the oldest until He was all alone with the woman still standing 'there'. 10 When Yeshua stood back up, He asked the woman, “Where are they? Has no one condemned you?” 11 She said, “No one, Sovereign.” Yeshua replied, “I don’t condemn you either. So go, and from now on don’t sin any more.” 12 Once more Yeshua conversed with them, “I am the light of the world. Anyone who comes to Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
Such will be the fabulous favor toward the fortunate survivors among the nations of the Great Tribulation and the Day of Yehovah (the “Lord”).
The Eighth Day is actually the seventh annual Sabbath Day; count them in Leviticus 23. The prophecies presumed to have fulfilled a Jubilee Year in 1948 are mostly all taken out of context. The postulations about 1948 fulfilling great end-time prophecies never take into account the fact that Yeshua will personally reestablish Israel, King David will be reigning in Jerusalem, and there will be true safety—no missile threats, gorilla warfare or invasions. All 12 tribes will be present and accounted for, etc. etc. when Jubilee #120 is really fulfilled.
1948 is not even close to a Jubilee year as I see it. I searched quite a few articles in an effort to find one that connects the one hundred and twenty of Genesis 6:3 in relation to 120 Jubilees equaling the first six millennial days. Most I just could not use. But this one I really liked, except for the Azazel comments and the years starting in the fall business. There is more here than I was even looking for! Just look at the opening graphic! It appears to me that the Gog and Magog battle is the last event that has to happen before the “Everlasting Kingdom” is firmly established—The King of Kings and the entire promised land.
In Leviticus 23, where we find the complete listing of Feast and Festival Days, there is only part of one verse instructing Israel about the one day annual Commemoration immediately following the Feast of Tabernacles. No clue is given in the immediate context as to what is to be commemorated. Certainly this is a situation where Elohim would expect natural human curiosity to kick in. Imagine Elohim summoning a meeting of your entire nation to memorialize something, but neglecting to mention why! Two things we do know: this is the end of the story, and we win!
Leviticus 23:36 For seven days you must present offerings made by fire to Yehovah. On the Eighth Day you are to hold a special public assembly, and you must present offerings made by fire to Yehovah. It’s a solemn assembly. Don’t do any ordinary work.
The Eighth Day is all about the happily ever after part, beginning with Israel, Yeshua’s bride.
Isaiah 11:9-10 They won’t hurt or destroy on all [1] My 'special' mountain, because the land [eretz: region, vs 10-11] will be as filled with the knowledge of Yehovah as the water covering the sea. [2] 10 When That Day Comes* the nations will seek the root of Jesse, who stands as a rallying banner for the nations. His resting place will be majestic.
[1] Of the 30 places where 'special (holy) mountain' appears, almost every reference is to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, but a few apparently include all of Jerusalem. [2] Notice that the “knowledge of Yehovah” fills the Land of Israel (not really the earth) (v.9) completely before making much of a dent beyond Israel. Verses 10-11 make it abundantly clear that Israel must be fixed before the neighbors begin to “recover”.This seventh millennium is the point in history when Israel is beginning in earnest to live Elohim’s way of life. Israel has just become Yeshua’s (Christ’s) Bride. Zion (Jerusalem) has just become the world’s Capitol city. Following these events the survivors of “many nations” will want to come and learn about this awesome Elohim and the people who serve Him.
The next generation will be stunned to learn, after the fact, that billions of Bibles described the climactic end time state of affairs of this age. These prophecies describe in excruciating detail the single most traumatic event in the history of humanity. Their closed minded yet highly venerated religious leaders have had well over one hundred generations to decipher Yehovah’s straightforward proposal. They should have “made a difference”. Nevertheless these shepherds subjected Yehovah’s truth to “spin”, and substituted fairy tales about wafting off to heaven or stories of “reincarnation” for the true earthly message, and all the more deceitfully as the devastation was imminent! Needless to say, the rest of the world had not been hearing the good news.
2 Timothy 4:4 They’ll reject the truth and turn to fiction..
“AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM”
Make no mistake, this is no mere 1,000 year long Kingdom!
Psalm 145:11-15 They’ll speak of the splendor of Your Kingdom, and talk about Your power. 12 They’ll reveal to 'humanity' His mighty acts, the splendor of the majesty of His Kingdom. 13 Your kingdom is an Everlasting Kingdom. Your dominion endures thruout every generation. [Aramaic: Yehovah is faithful in all His words, and loving in everything He does—Clarke’s Commentary] 14 Yehovah supports everyone who falls, and raises up all those who are bent over under burdens. 15 Everyone 'looks' to You. You give them their food right on time.
“The Time When Everything is Completed: Acts 3:21—the original Aramaic”
The Greek versions of Acts 3:21 ‘say’ “the restoration of all things”, but there has never been a time from Adam being ousted from their personal oasis in Eden until now that we would want to be restored to!
The “Time When Everything Is Completed” is the genesis of the “New Earth”
(Isaiah 66:22, Acts 3:21)! It is the long awaited establishment of the “Everlasting Kingdom”. Revelation 20, “the millennium chapter”, nowhere indicates that Yehovah’s Kingdom will only last for one millennium, tho an unsavory event involving the Adversary (Satan) does punctuate the conclusion of the first millennial “week”. Very soon we will arrive at the time when all of humanity will have the opportunity to become Yehovah’s people. It represents physical salvation and the opportunity for eternal spiritual salvation being offered to all of Israel, with Israel in turn finally setting an example for the entire world (the plan from the beginning)! Most of those whose lives have been spared during the Jubilee year will be good candidates for eternal life at the conclusion of their long lives.There will soon be liberty and justice and eternal life for all, and you can be a part of it!
This Psalm was dedicated to the future “DELIVERANCE” of ALL of th other nations of the world:
Psalm 67:1a-7 For the Music director. With stringed instruments. A Psalm. A song. 1b May Elohim be merciful to us and bless us. May He 'look' on us with favor. Selah. 2 May Your ways be known on earth, and every nation realize that You can save. 3 May the nations praise You, Elohim. May the nations praise You. 4 The nations will celebrate and sing for joy, because You’ll judge the nations fairly and guide the kingdoms on earth. Selah. 5 All the nations will praise You, Elohim. All the nations will praise You. 6 The earth has yielded its harvest. Elohim, our Elohim, bless us. 7 Elohim will bless us. The 'far' ends of the earth will revere Him.
Psalm 96 is entirely about this time of the worldwide reign of Yeshua as well. Here is an excerpt:
Psalm 96:10-13 Say among the heathen, “Yehovah reigns.” The world is established so that it won’t fall. He’ll judge the nations fairly. 11 The heavens will rejoice and the earth will be glad. The sea and everything in it will roar. 12 The fields will be jubilant, and everything in them, and all the trees in the forest will sing. 13 You will rejoice before Yehovah because He is coming. He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the people with His truth.
“Who is to Rule” and Whose “Judgment Seat”?
Revelation 12:5 She [Israel] 'had given' birth to a Son who is to rule all nations with a scepter of iron. Her Child was quickly taken up to Yehovah and to His throne.
Psalm 98 is another Psalm that is devoted to commemorating this wonderful age of “deliverance” soon to come!
Psalm 98:2-3, 9 Yehovah has announced His victory. He has revealed His righteousness for the nations to see. 3 He has remembered His faithful love and His faithfulness toward the House of Israel. All the remotest parts of the earth have seen the victory of our Elohim. 9 ...in Yehovah’s presence, because He is coming to judge the earth. He’ll judge the world with justice and the nations with fairness.
Here is yet another Messianic portion of Scripture that describes the coming restoration of Israel that, while liberated in battle, is mostly lived out peacefully after the Eighth Day. Inherent within the prophecy is the fact that Israel will yet set an example for the rest of the world—given enough coercion! There could be no better description of the establishment of the Everlasting Kingdom than Isaiah 49. The Day of Yehovah makes the “day of deliverance” possible:
Isaiah 49:6-13 He is saying: “It isn’t enough for You [just] be My Servant [Yeshua] to to reestablish the tribes of Jacob, and to bring back the Israelites who were 'spared.' I will also make You a light to the nations, so that You can bring My message of deliverance to the 'remotest parts' of the earth!” 7 This is what Yehovah the Redeemer of Israel, and its 'special' One, says to the despised One, the One the nation abhors, the Servant of rulers: “Kings will see You and rise, and leaders will bow down, because of Yehovah who is faithful, the 'special' One of Israel who has chosen You.”
8 This is what Yehovah says: “In a favorable time I have answered You, and in a day of deliverance I have helped You. I’ll protect You [the Messiah: Barnes] and give You to the people as a covenant [the covenantee], to restore the land and to repossess its desolate heritage. 9 You will say to the prisoners, ‘Come out’ and to those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves’! They’ll be My sheep, grazing along the roads and finding pastures on all the once barren heights. 10 They won’t hunger or thirst, and the heat or sun won’t beat down on them because the One who has mercy on them will lead them. He’ll guide them to springs of water. [Context: Revelation 7:13-17] 11 I’ll make all My mountains traversable, and My highways in the valleys will be elevated. 12 They will come from far away! They will come from the north and from the west, and they will come from Australia. 13 Shout for joy, you heavens, and earth rejoice, and break out into singing you mountains, because Yehovah has comforted His people and will have compassion on His meek and afflicted.
Isaiah 55 and 56 contains the entire message about Israel returning to Elohim that Yeshua alluded to in John 7:38 when He said, “Whoever believes in Me, as the Scriptures have said, ‘Out of their innermost being will flow rivers of living water’”. These are beautiful chapters concerning the transition to the Everlasting Kingdom, as the rest of the world is being subdued.
Isaiah 55:All Everyone who is thirsty should come to the water. Anyone without silver should come, buy and eat! Yes, come and buy wine and milk without silver and without cost. 2 Why do you spend silver for something that isn’t food? Why labor for something that doesn’t satisfy? Listen to Me carefully, and eat what is good. You will enjoy the finest food. 3 “Turn your ear, and come to Me. Listen, so that you can live! I’ll make an EVERLASTING COVENANT with you [Israel], the unfailing love I promised to David. [See Ezekiel 37:26] 4 I’ve made Him [Messiah: Barnes] a witness [or Testimony] to the people, a leader and commander of the nations! 5 You [Israel] will summon nations you don’t know, and nations that didn’t know you will come running to you, because of Yehovah Your Elohim, the 'special' One of Israel, since He has honored you.”
6 Seek Yehovah while He can be found. Call on Him while He is near. 7 The wicked should change their ways, and the unfair their thoughts. They should turn to Yehovah, and He’ll have mercy on them, AND to our Elohim, since He is very willing to pardon. 8 “My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways aren’t My ways,” says Yehovah. 9 Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts. 10 “Just like rain and snow come falling from the sky, and don’t return before watering the earth, and causing it to sprout and grow, providing seeds for the sower and food for the hungry, 11 that’s how My word is as it leaves My mouth, it won’t return to Me without an effect; it will accomplish what I want and it will prosper in whatever I sent it to do. 12 You’ll leave [Babylon] with joy, and be led [into Israel] in peace, the mountains and the hills will burst into shouts of joy before you, and all of the trees in the land will clap their hands. 13 Instead of thorns, cypress trees will come up, and instead of briers myrtle trees will grow. These things will bring renown to Yehovah as an everlasting sign that will never be destroyed.
Continuing the rescue message that Yeshua alluded to (ignoring the misplaced chapter break):
Isaiah 56:1-7 This is what Yehovah says: “Maintain justice and do the right things, because My YESHUA [1] WILL COME, and My righteousness will be revealed. 2 People who do these things are blessed—'people' who 'stand' fast, who 'keep from profaning' the Sabbath and keep their hands from doing any evil. 3 Don’t allow a foreigner who has joined himself to Yehovah to say, ‘Yehovah will certainly separate me from His people.’ And don’t allow a eunuch to say, ‘I’m a dry tree!’ 4 This is what Yehovah says:
“To the eunuchs who regard My Sabbaths and choose the things that please Me and hold firmly onto My covenant. 5 In My 'Temple' and within My walls, I’ll give them a memorial and a name better than that of sons and daughters. I’ll give them an everlasting name that will never die. 6 “And foreigners who join themselves to Yehovah, to serve Him, and to love Yehovah’s name, to be His servants, everyone who regards the Sabbath without profaning it, and who holds fast to My covenant. 7 These I’ll bring to My 'special' mountain, and bring delight to in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their zebakim will be accepted on My altar, since My house [Temple] will be called a house of prayer for all nations.
[1] Isaiah identifies Yeshua by name in Isaiah 56:1. The word for “rescue” is the word “Yeshua” in the Hebrew language. If we were to translate this using the Gentile [contrived] name for Yeshua, we could insert “Jesus” into Isaiah 56:1”This is what Yehovah’s Biblical Feast Days represent, as I understand them.
Anyone who naively believes that Yehovah’s Annual Sabbaths are relics of the past, and that days adopted from paganism are now acceptable days for worship such as Easter, Christmas and Hallow’een etc. is in for an earth shaking blow—sooner or later.
Footnote: The Last World War
Deuteronomy 7:9-15 So remember that Yehovah your Elohim is the only Elohim, the faithful Elohim. He keeps His covenant with enduring love for a THOUSAND GENERATIONS [1] of those who love Him and obey His Commandments. 10 But He repays those who hate Him in person, destroying them. He won’t be slack with anyone who hates Him. He’ll personally repay them. 11 So you must obey the Commandments and the unchanging tenets and the regulations that I give you today.
12 “Then if you heed these regulations and faithfully obey them, Yehovah your Elohim will faithfully keep His covenant with you that He swore to your ancestors. 13 He’ll love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He’ll also bless your children and the produce of your land—your grain, new wine, your olive oil, the increase of your herds and the young of your flocks in the land that He swore to give to your ancestors. 14 You’ll be blessed more than any other people; there won’t be an infertile male or female among you or your livestock. 15 Yehovah will keep you free from every disease. He won’t subject you to any of the horrible diseases you knew in Egypt, but He will impose them on anyone who hates you.
Judgment Day For Israel, Ephraim AND Judah
The Second Exodus is about to happen because the twelve tribes descended from Abraham, (now on a national scale) are predominantly in the so-called “Western World”, and they are on the brink of self-destruction—becoming easy prey for the collectivistic “Eastern World”. This great reset will result in massive loss of life.
Matthew 24:22 If it were not for those days being terminated [by the Day of Yehovah!], no one would survive. But for the sake of the Select, those days will be terminated [4].
[4] Matthew 24 describes the same great milestone that Daniel 12:11-12 does, and as Daniel explained, the events will be totally “terminated” after 1,335 days. Here ia a good explanation, (other than the rapture part!)
Interestingly, “Jacob called for his [twelve] sons and said, “Gather around so that I can tell you what you [your descendants] will encounter at the end of days.”(Genesis 49:1)
The “Day of Reckoning” for Judah (identifying as “Israel”) and for the “Ten Lost Tribes of Israel”:
Hosea 5: All Listen to this, you priests! Pay attention House of Israel, and listen, royal 'family'! The judgment applies to you, because you’ve been a snare at Mizpah and a net spread out on Tabor. 2 The rebels have gone deeply into depravity. I’ll punish them all. 3 I know Ephraim and Israel can’t hide from Me. Ephraim, you’ve turned to prostitution; Israel is defiled.
4 Their behavior won’t allow them to turn to their Elohim. They have a spirit of prostitution and they don’t know Yehovah. 5 Israel’s arrogance testifies against him. So Israel [Manasseh: Yehoshua 14:4] and Ephraim will stumble in their wickedness, and Judah along with them. 6 They’ll go with their flocks and herds to seek Yehovah, but they won’t find Him. He has withdrawn from them. 7 They’ve committed infidelity against Yehovah and they’ve given birth to illegitimate children. Now a New Moon will devour them and their 'land'. [This time complete destruction won’t take anywhere close to 144 years!]
8 Blow a shofar in Gibeah and a trumpet in Ramah! Sound a battle cry in Beth Aven; “Lead on Benjamin!” 9 Ephraim will be destroyed on the Day of Reckoning. I announce what is certain for the tribes of Israel. 10 The leaders of Judah are like people who move boundary markers. I’ll pour out My fury on them like water. 11 Ephraim is oppressed, crushed by judgment because 'they' are determined to pursue human commands. 12 So I’ll be like a moth to Ephraim and like decay to the House of Judah.
13 “When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah his wound, Ephraim went to Assyria and sent a delegation to Assyria’s great king Jareb, but he can’t cure you or heal your injury. 14 I will be like a lion to Ephraim and like a young lion to the House of Judah. I’ll tear them to pieces and carry them off, and there will be no one to rescue them. 15 Then I [Yeshua] will return again to My place [heaven] until they [Israel] admit their guilt and seek My 'presence'. In their tribulation they’ll diligently search for Me.”. [1]

Hosea 6:1-3 “So come, let’s return to Yehovah. He has torn us to pieces but He’ll heal us. He’s wounded us but He’ll bandage our wounds. 2 He’ll revive US after two days. On the third [millennial] day He’ll raise US up so WE can live in His presence! [1] 3 We should acknowledge Yehovah. We must press on to know Him. As surely as the sun rises, His [Yehovah’s] timetable is firmly established. He’ll come to us like the rain, like the 'spring rains' that water the earth.” [2]

For, as Bishop Horsley justly observes, the Hebrew words here used have nothing of latter or former implied in their meaning. And these expressions convey a notion just the reverse of the truth to the English reader. For what our translation here terms the latter rain, [Hebrew word] is literally, as the bishop terms it, the crop rain, which fell just before the season of the harvest, to plump the grain before it was severed: that is, it fell in what we term the spring, and consider as the former part of the year; for the harvest in Judea began about the middle of our March, according to the old style...”Judgment Day for everyone who ever lived is based on how they treated others in this life! This happens immediately following the literal fulfillment of the Eighth Day:
Daniel 12:1-4 AT THAT TIME, Michael will take a stand, the great commander who stands for your people, and there will be a time of trouble [the Great Tribulation, worse than 536 A.D, The Worst Year In History], such as there has never been since the first nation up until that time, AND AT THAT TIME [during the “time of the end!”] your people will escape, everyone whose names are still found {niphal} recorded in the Book [of Life]. 2 Multitudes of people sleeping in the dust of the earth will wake up, some of them to everlasting life, and the others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who have insight will shine like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
John 5:24-29 I tell you with absolute certainty that anyone who hears My Word, and believes in the One who sent Me has eternal life. They won’t come into condemnation, but have passed from death to life. 25 I tell you with absolute certainty that the time is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of Yehovah, and those who 'respond' will live. 26 The Father has life in Himself, so He has also enabled the Son to have life in Himself, in the same way. 27 More importantly, He has also given Him the authority to judge everyone, because He is the Human Son.
Two Resurrections on Judgment Day!
28 Don’t be amazed at this, because the time is coming when everyone in their graves will hear His voice 29 and come out—those who have done good things to a Resurrection resulting in life, and those who have committed evil to a Resurrection resulting in Condemnation.
But the people who survive the end times will quickly replenish the earth. Once war and disease are a thing of the past, and people stop killing their babies, people will live as long as giant trees (Isaiah 66:22) and the birthrate will skyrocket!
A Remnant Survive!
Amos 9:8-15 “I the Sovereign Yehovah am 'keeping an eye' on the sinful kingdom, and I’ll 'wipe' it from the surface of the earth! But I won’t completely destroy the House of Jacob [Israel],” says Yehovah. [4] 9 “I’ll be commanding a sifting of the House of Israel among all the nations as flour is sifted in a sieve, yet not even the smallest particle will hit the ground. 10 All the sinners among My people are 'thinking', ‘We won’t be overcome by a holocaust or die 'violent deaths'.’ 11 “When That Day Comes* I’ll restore David’s fallen tent and repair the gaps, and I’ll repair its ruins. I’ll rebuild them as they were long ago, 12 so they can possess the survivors of Edom and ALL THE NATIONS [KJV: heathen] WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME,” declares Yehovah, who will do these things. 13 “The time is coming,” declares Yehovah, “when plowmen [5] will overtake harvesters. Those treading grapes will surpass those sowing seeds. Sweet wine will drip from the mountains, and the hills will melt away. 14 I’ll bring My people Israel back from captivity. They’ll rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They’ll plant vineyards and drink the wine. They’ll plant gardens and eat their produce. 15 I’ll replant them in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land that I gave them,” says Yehovah your Elohim.

Ancient “plowing” resembled modern no-till more than mold board plowing: “One early type of plow used in the United States was little more than a crooked stick with an iron point attached, sometimes with rawhide, which simply scratched the ground.” Beating a sword into a plowshare would only require curving it!
The Feast days represent different events in different millennia. Just as Passover meant the exodus in ancient Israel in Leviticus 23, and Messiah the Lamb in Mark 14, and something different still in the seventh millennium in Ezekiel 45. The same goes for Pentecost in Deuteronomy 16:9-12 where it was a just seemingly a harvest Feast, but by Acts 2 there were miraculous signs and an outpouring of the special [holy] spirit. Yet in 1948, just after sundown, calculated by the original first century calendar method (key phrase: UPDATE 2023), the Modern state of Israel was born—a preview of the reformation of all 12 tribes of Israel, as predicted in Ezekiel 37. So it will be at the close of the age, 2032/2033(?). All of the Feast and Festival dates will have literal historic meanings as the story unfolds on a literal Biblical scale! Within a one Biblical year period it will fulfill the Second Exodus story and the true rebirth of Israel! After a searing seven year long beatdown—the seventh Shemitah cycle (2025-2031?) in the countdown to the Jubilee year, almost all of Bible prophecy will be completed in preparation for the millennial Sabbath!
The Eighth Day is the UNIQUE DAY!
Zechariah 14:7-15 It will be the UNIQUE DAY that Yehovah makes Himself known [niphal], not day or night, but when evening comes it will still be light!
8 When that day comes living waters will flow out from Jerusalem, half toward the eastern sea and half toward the western sea, both in summer and winter.
9 Yehovah will be King over all the land [not earth, “eretz”, same word as v.10]. When That Day Comes it will be Yehovah alone, and His name alone.
10 All the land from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem will have become like the Arabah [barren]. But Jerusalem will be elevated from Benjamin’s gateway to the site of the first gate to the Corner gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s wine presses.
11 People will live there, and [Israel] will never again be devoted to destruction. Jerusalem will be safely inhabited.
12 This is the plague that Yehovah will strike all the nations with that have fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot away while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot away in their sockets, and their tongues will rot away in their mouths.
13 When That Day Comes a great panic from Yehovah will fall on them. Everyone will seize the hand of his neighbor, and the hand of one neighbor will be raised against the hand of the other.
14 Judah will also fight in Jerusalem, and the wealth of all the surrounding nations will be gathered together—great quantities of gold, silver and clothing.
15 A similar plague will strike the horses and mules, the camels and donkies, and all the cattle in those camps. The fulfillment of the Eighth Day begins with the elimination of the final roadblock to permanent peace in the Middle East. The spactacular termination of Gog and Magog eliminates the remaining military threat for the next one thousand years. After this unique, single, literal Eighth Day, the Messiah’s year long honeymoon with the real bride resumes. (Deuteronomy 24:5) There is far more information in the Bible about “Who is the Messiah’s Bride” than people realize or want to know! Almost the entire book of Hosea is on that topic, as my link explains. Here is the wedding proposal—given millennia in advance: Ezekiel 20:33-44 As surely as I live,” declares the Sovereign Yehovah, “I’ll rule you with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out, I will be your King! 34 I’ll bring you out of the nations and gather you out of the countries where you were scattered with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm, and with wrath poured out.
35 I’ll bring you into the wilderness of the people [Isaiah 1, Hosea 2:14], and I’ll judge you there face to face,
36 just like when I judged your ancestors in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, that’s how I’ll judge you, declares the Sovereign Yehovah.

39 “Now concerning you, House of Israel, the Sovereign Yehovah says: Go serve your idols, but later you’ll surely listen to Me, and you’ll no longer profane My name with your gifts and your idols. 40 On My 'special' mountain, on the high mountain of Israel,” declares the Sovereign Yehovah, “the entire House of Israel will serve Me there in the land. I’ll accept you there, and I’ll require your contributions and choice gifts with all your 'special' things. 41 I’ll accept you there like a fragrant aroma when I gather you out of the nations, and bring you out of the countries where you’ve been scattered, and I’ll prove Myself 'special' thru you as the nations watch. 42 You’ll realize that I am Yehovah WHEN I bring you into the land of Israel, into the country that I swore to give to your ancestors. 43 There you’ll remember your conduct and everything you did and how you defiled yourselves, and you’ll despise yourselves when you face all the evil you’ve done. 44 You’ll realize that I am Yehovah when I’ve dealt with you for the sake of My name, rather than with regard to your evil and corrupt behavior, House of Israel, declares the Sovereign Yehovah.”

I’ll be their Elohim, and they’ll be My people. 34 People will no longer teach their neighbors or their relatives, or ask, ‘Do you know Yehovah’ [the Lord], because they’ll all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” says Yehovah. [No more evangelism!] “I’ll forgive their wickedness, and I’ll never again remember their sins.”
[1] Jeremiah 30 and 31 are one long prophetic monologue about the events to occur as a result of the Second Exodus (Jeremiah 23:7-8), when all 12 tribes of Israel return to the land (not just the Jews!) AND The Time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7)—better known as the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:1-22). Not one verse of this 2 chapter prophecy has been fulfilled, including the Torah being written on anyone’s hearts. Why single verse 33 out of all this futuristic context?
Hosea 2:16 Yehovah says: “When That Day Comes* you’ll call Me ‘Husband’ [Ishi] and you’ll never again call Me ‘Lord’ [Baali].
The Second Exodus is a second chance for the nation of Israel to be a light on a hill for the nations of the earth to see and want to learn from.
Isaiah 62:1-12 For Zion’s sake I won’t remain silent, and for Jerusalem’s sake I won’t remain quiet until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her deliverance like a burning torch. 2 The nations will see your righteousness, and every king your splendor. You’ll be called by a new name that Yehovah will announce. 3 You’ll be a beautiful crown in Yehovah’s hand, and a royal diadem in Elohim’s hand. 4 You’ll never again be called ‘Forsaken’, and your land will never be called ‘Desolate’ again, instead, you’ll be called ‘Hephzibah’ [Literally, “My delight is in her”], and your land ‘Beulah’ [Literally, to marry], because Yehovah delights in you, and your land will be married. 5 Just like a young man marrying a virgin, your sons will marry you [1], and like a bridegroom rejoicing over his bride, that’s how your Elohim will rejoice over you. 6 Jerusalem, I’ve posted watchmen on your walls who will never be silent day or night. You who call on Yehovah should never rest, 7 and give Him no rest until He establishes Jerusalem and makes her praiseworthy thruout the earth. 8 Yehovah has sworn by His right hand, and by the arm of His strength, “I’ll never again give your grain away to feed your enemies, and foreigners won’t drink the new wine that you’ve labored for.” 9 Those who harvest it will eat it and praise Yehovah, and those who harvest the vintage will drink it [during feasts] in the courts surrounding My 'Temple'.”
10 Go thru, go thru the gates! Clear the way for the people! Build up! Build up the highway! Clear away the stones! Raise a flag [or banner] for the people. 11 Yehovah has proclaimed to the 'far reaches' of the earth, “Tell the maiden Zion, ‘Your Rescuer is coming, and His compensation accompanies Him!’” 12 You’ll be called “The 'special' People” and “The Redeemed of Yehovah”, and you’ll be known as “Sought After”, and “The City No Longer Deserted.”
[1] In the Second Exodus, the surviving Israelites, having returned to the Promised Land will become the Bride again! As in English, a secondary definition of married is “2: united, joined”. Israelites will be re-united with their land for the rest of a thousand generations (maybe 50,000 years total): Deuteronomy 7:9; Psalm 105:8 and 1 Chronicles 16:15;. All three of these references specify that the 1,000 generations are a covenantal oath!Ezekiel 16:7-15 I made you 'thrive' like plants in a field, and you grew up and became tall and you reached the age for [wearing?] fine jewelry. 9 “Then I washed you with water I rinsed off your blood and anointed you with oil. 10 I also clothed you with embroidered cloth and provided you with leather sandals. I wrapped you with fine linen, and covered you with expensive fabric. 11 I adorned you with jewelry and put bracelets on your wrists and a necklace around your neck. 12 I also put a ring on your nose, earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. 13 So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothing was made of fine linen, costly fabric and embroidered cloth. You ate fine flour, honey and olive oil. You were extremely beautiful and attained royalty. 14 Your fame spread among the nations because of your beauty. Your beauty was perfect because of the splendor I had given you,” declares the Sovereign Yehovah. 15 “But you trusted in your own beauty, and prostituted yourself because of your fame, and poured out your sexual favors on anyone who passed by who might be willing.
While “the church” says that she is “the Bride of Christ”, it is just another example of “replacement theology”—churches claiming the blessings that were promised to the literal descendants of Jacob (Israel). But that scam is about to be exposed!
The Eighth Day is not a Feast Day, but it is still a 'special' Sabbath assembly, better termed a Festival (far less centered on harvests (eating))! (Leviticus 23:39)
The Judgment Day is very good news for the righteous and very bad news for the wicked!
Romans 14:10 Why do you judge your fellow believers, or why do you consider your fellow believers to be worthless? We must all stand before the judgment seat of Messiah.
First the good news:
This is the grand finale event of this amazing Jubilee year. It brings us to the very threshold of the Everlasting Kingdom. There is precious little in the Bible about what follows the victory that falls during “the Great and Awesome Day of Yehovah” beyond the transitional period. We do know for certain that Yehovah’s truth will begin to flow everywhere like living water:
So after the carnage, Elohim will “gather OTHERS to Him, besides His own...”—unconverted survivors who were not wicked!
Peace in Israel is the Back Story of the Entire Bible!
Peace will follow directly on the heels of the seventh of the seven Shemitah cycles in the Jubilee cycle, Satan’s failed seven year long coup attempt:
Isaiah 38:8:8 It is the DAY of Yehovah’s Vengeance, a Year of Payback settling the dispute (controversy) over Zion!
Ezekiel 38:18-20 When That DAY Comes, Gog will attack the land of Israel, My rage will be 'ignited',’ declares the Sovereign Yehovah. 19 ‘In My passion and in My blazing wrath, I tell you, on that commemorative day there will be an enormous earthquake in the land of Israel (Revelation 6:12). 20 The fish of the sea, the birds from the air, land animals, every 'living' thing that moves on the ground, and everyone on the surface of the earth will shake at My presence. Mountains will be leveled, cliffs will crumble, and every wall will crash to the ground.
Was Israel Judea cleansed in 1948?
Ezekiel 36:33-38 ”The Sovereign Yehovah says: On the day that I cleanse you from all of your sins I’ll enable you to inhabit the cities, and your ruins will be rebuilt. 34 The desolate land will be worked rather than remain lying desolate in the plain view of everyone who passes by. 35 They’ll say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the Garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are fenced and inhabited.’ 36 Then THE NATIONS THAT ARE LEFT AROUND YOU will know that I, Yehovah, have rebuilt the ruined places, and replanted the land that was desolate. I, Yehovah, have said it and I’ll do it.
37 “The Sovereign Yehovah says: Once again I’ll allow the House of Israel to ask Me to do this for them. I’ll repopulate them like a flock, 38 like the flock for the atoning zebakim [sacrifices], like the flock in Jerusalem at her appointed feasts. The ruined cities will be filled with flocks of men. Then they’ll realize that I am Yehovah!”
Ezekiel 36 is essentially the message of the Two Witnesses about the Second Exodus being imminent!
Ezekiel Chapter 37—the “dry bones” chapter, illustrates the mindset of Israel, when all they can see is extermination, and again Yehovah promises that Israel will survive via the Second Exodus.
Ezekiel 37:11 Then he said, “Human son, these bones 'represent' the whole (or “all of the”) House of Israel [2]. They say, ‘Our bones have dried up and our hope is lost, ‘Israel’ is finished!’
[2] My favorite Jewish website carefully explains that the “Whole House of Israel” does not include any Jews, because they are the House of Judah! This is almost universally misunderstood by Christians. But it will include a lot of Christians, among others.The 'Trees' and Bones Explained:
Ezekiel 37:21-23 Then explain to them: “The Sovereign Yehovah says He’ll take the Israelites from among the nations where they’ve gone, and gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 He’ll make them one nation in the land on the mountains of Israel. One king will be over all of them. They’ll never be two nations or two kingdoms again. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols or their detestable things or with any of their rebellion, because He’ll rescue them from everywhere they’ve settled and everywhere they’ve sinned. He’ll cleanse them so they’ll be His people, and He’ll be their Elohim.
Ezekiel Chapter 38 takes us to the time, still within the Jubilee year, when Israel has finally returned to the promised land. This is roughly like the time during the first exodus when the Egyptian army came charging down on the just released nation of Israel, out of slavery—just in time to see that entire army drown in the Red Sea, only in the Second Exodus it is Gog and Magog biting the dust.
After the Eighth Day, after the eighth major event of the Jubilee/Transitional/Judgment Day period, there will be an end of wars. It is only after the Second Exodus and the resulting Gog and Magog war that the Seventh Millennium can be attained as the 120th Jubilee year is completed.
Ezekiel 38:8-11 After many days [about 2,600 years] you’ll be summoned. In the last years you’ll invade a land that has [recently] recovered from 'war' [1], that was gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, mountains that have been a perpetual waste. Its people were all brought from other nations and are now living securely. 9 You’ll go up, you’ll advance like a storm. You’ll be like a cloud covering the land, you, and all your hordes, and many people with you.
10 “This is what the Sovereign Yehovah says: When this commemorative day arrives, thoughts will enter your mind and you’ll devise a sinister plot. 11 You’ll say, ‘I”ll attack a land of unwalled villages, I’ll attack a peaceful confident people, all of them living without city walls, without bars on their doors or gates.
[1] We see in verse 8 that Israel has just recently recovered from war, that Israel had recently “been a perpetual waste”, and that Israel has just been “brought from other nations and is now living securely” (also v.14). Something else new, in verse 11 Israel is now for the first time “a land of unwalled villages”. In verse 12 Israel had suddenly become green! Something else new: v.23 The enemies didn’t seem very aware of Israel’s Savior. This is all due to the Second Exodus!The vast majority of Christians believe that the present Jewish State “Israel” has fulfilled many prophecies, and is continuing to do so. They have no idea that a far greater holocaust will occur before Yeshua returns! Another Jewish Holocaust in Prophecy! Ezekiel 38 is all about the time after the last Jewish holocaust!
Again, Gog and Magog enter the picture attempting to pillage the seemingly defenceless, very large twelve “tribes”, now finally experiencing the true peace and security that the Messiah will have just given to all of Israel and Judah mid way into the Jubilee year—somewhere between “Armageddon” in the 7th month and the end of the Biblical year on the first day of spring—the New Millennium. Hanukkah might fit that time slot nicely.
Ezekiel 38:18-23 When That Day Comes, Gog will attack the land of Israel, My rage will be 'ignited',’ declares the Sovereign Yehovah. 19 ‘In My passion and in My blazing wrath, I tell you, on that commemorative day there will be an enormous earthquake in the land of Israel (Revelation 6:12). 20 The fish of the sea, the birds from the air, land animals, every 'living' thing that moves on the ground, and everyone on the surface of the earth will shake at My presence. Mountains will be leveled, cliffs will crumble, and every wall will crash to the ground. 21 I’ll summon swordsmen against 'Gog' on all My mountains, declares the Sovereign Yehovah. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22 I’ll execute judgment against him with plagues and bloodshed. I’ll send rainstorms against him and his hordes and on the many nations with him a torrential shower with huge hailstones, fire and burning brimstone. 23 I’ll reveal My greatness and My distinction [3]. I’ll make Myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they’ll realize that I am Yehovah!
